As a recent user of Rebuilder v0.53, I have been impressed with its capabilities. However, when using Quenc as an encoder, I have obvious pixelation at chapter points. A few frames beyond these points, and the quality is quite good. What can I do to resolve this issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. The results with Rebuilder using CCE SP trial are probably the best I've seen, but it seems to introduce noise into the video. Is it possible to reduce this noise without affecting the quality of the finished product?
