audio 22kHz-44.1kHz upsampling

Anyone know a utility for reencoding an mpeg2 file with audio captured at 22kHz to be 44.1kHz DVD compliant. My otherwise perfect Ati capture card only supports 22kHz max, a hardware limit.:confused:

dvd does not support 44.1kHz audio, only 48kHz or 96kHz.

Not without separating the audio --> reencoding --> mux back together again (unless you want to reencode the video as well!)

What is the model of your graphics card?

it's an Ati 128 all-in-wonder.

Hmmm guess that's a fairly old card these days. Assume you've got the latest drivers from ATI etc. Just trying to see if you can enable audio capture at 44.1 KHz

Have you tried using another capture program (i.e. VirtualDub)?
