I have been using DVHSTool to upload digital video to my PC. Unfortunately my recent attempts have resulted in choppy video and garbled audio. The tapes play fine in all three decks I have tried, but I can't seem to get the data into my PC.
Can anyone recommend an alternative to DVHSTool for transferring digital recordings to a PC via Firewire?
