I want to made a dvd cutter. for my final project in my college.
I have plan to convert this file to be a avi file and i cut this file in avi format, if finish i encode this file be a dvd file...
Now.. i already done with preview this file. but i use component(dll) MSWEBDVD.
to convert to be avi file i have problem, because i dont know which component that i use, because the user input only chapter and time.
There any component that i can download and i used to convert vob=avi..
the second problem is how to cut this avi file if i finished convert this file..there any tutorials using API's????please...or use directX...please help me..becase this part there not allowed using component. if i used component..it must i made by myself...so..what i must do...??
