Rip a DVD Using DVD Shrink but i get no audio after ripping?

After im done ripping i cant hear any audio on the dvd

there are no audio files in the audio folder after i rip.

i have ripped and burned many other dvds before but now this has just started recently.

If you're talking about AUDIO_TS folder, it shouldn't contain any files ever for a DVD-Video. Since you obviously rip in a file mode, you must have messed up your Windows settings, so probably no DVD would play at all, ripped or not. Maybe you powered off your speakers or muted the output in Volume Control.
