I tried to back up my dvd of Brother Bear and after DVD2SVCD finished I noticed that while the 16:9 aspect ratio seems correct, there are black borders on the sides as well as the top and bottom. I seem to recall you can use dvd2avi to determine the crop and resize settings and then input that into the avisynth script manually (edit when dvd2avi is done) but I have forgotten now exactly how to figure that out... thanks for any help!
