Crop oversized .cue/bin file

Is that possible to crop the oversized .cue/bin file to fit into 1 CD (such as 831MB cropped into 800MB) ?

Uhm... no, not really. There are actually two ways:

Either you open this bin file with isobuster and unpack the mpeg2 stream (I asume you're talking about a movie - which by the way would be illegal if it is copyrighted), open and cut it in TMPGenc and burn it on CD .

OR

You get yourself one of these non standard CDRs with 800MB.

Just overburn it with Nero.

And if your blank is not big enough, you will quite naturally crop it ... simply cause the end of the movie won't be burnt onto the disc :D.

You could mount the .cue/bin file with daemon tools and then extract (I'm assuming it's a VCD) the video with VCD Gear. Then you could cut out the last few parts and burn it as a VCD with Nero. You just drop the file into the folder.

I'm not 100% sure if VCD Gear can open .cue/bin directly, thats why I mentioned daemon tools.

If it's not a movie then you'll have to get those 800 MB CDR.

Isobuster can open bin files so there is actually no need in mounting the image.

Maybe first try what doobie suggested (do an overburn, preferentially as a simulation, using different types of blanks). Then try a 90min-blank as Tommy B suggested (lots of burners support these).
