Not sur where to post this but i think this is the closest topic related to this how do i convert a dvd ntsc to pal i got some exes that are supposed to work they say patched and stuff but when i check the vobs with windvd .. there still 29fps.. so i wonder .. how to change color settings (ntsc2pal) and how to check if it realy worked ..?
