About time someone acknowledged the issue of double dipping when you levy blank media but don't have any fair use in the copyright laws.
Also interesting to note the comment about "compilation CDs" as I have noticed previous post talking about people reducing their purchases of these sort of CDs and I find the same thing in my own purchasing patterns.
