You haven't given us much info, do you mean a VD menu?

Print Screen, and paste as new object in a good paint program like GIMP or Micrographic's Picture Publisher

If it's a DVD you can decrypt it with DVD Decryptor, and then demux the videos with a demuxer. If you do that method there is NO quality loss at all.
