Nice!
I've always wondered where to buy paper CD cases I never tought that it would be this easy to make my own. After making one you've learned how to do it. :)

You don't have stores which sell office supplies? Paper sleeves with clear plastic windows are about $0.01 each.

My english is poor (i'm like a dog - understand mostly anything but don't speak :) ) but i will try to explain You.
When I go to my friends I can do not take CD cover's with me. If i found something interesting on my friend's PC i can burn it at CD-R (bundle 50 CD-R (without covers) cost 19$, all my frends use such bundles (without covers)). And i need scratch-protection while I went home. So it's effective temporary solution to protect your CD :)
Does You understand me?

Yes. I buy discs on spindles and wrap them in paper if I must but only temporary. The comment was for M7S who didn't know where to buy paper sleeves.

american CD case? hmm...
i make these a fair bit, but one word of advice - don't keep discs in your bag in these for more than a day or so. humidity and movement makes pulpy bits stick to the CD and wear the plastic down a fair bit. your discs wont last long this way (i had a disc of mp3's for a few months, and now most of it is unreadable...).
good for a bit of protection when there's nothing else handy, though.

Just started appearing in my local Best Buy. I'm waiting for the cheap mass-produced in China clone of it to use on my console discs. :)

hehe, I am doing this all the time.
But I commonly make paperbags to hold two CDs using one A4 sheet of paper.
The only disadvantage: One needs glue.

This is very cool if you get stuck somewhere and don't have a CD sleeve to hand. :)
