I've been looking through some of the solutions to do ivtc on linux. But I can't seem to find any utility that does semi-automatic ivtc (like tmpgenc does). I really don't trust 100% auto ivtc, not when encoding anime.
Maybe I will just have to do it in tmpgenc running under wine.
P.S. I really wish there was a port of CCE for *nix
