Hello, everybody:

Since I installed version 1.2.2 build 1 I started getting this uninformative "Stream read error." message window whenever it gets ready to convert the still images for the Title/ChangeCD/LastCD picture.

Besides the 1.2.2b1 bundle I have the FACAR and the D2SCCD plugins.

The images are 768x576 24 bits BMP files (as recommended for PAL by D2SCCD).

The BeSweet I use is a more recent beta than the one in the bundle, the same aplies to the AvySynth DLL. I'm using CCE 2.67.0.27 with EclCCE 1.81. The VCDXBuild is defined as d2scdd.exe by the installation of the D2SCCD plugins (which worked correctly for the previous version of DVD2SVCD).

This error ocurs with both the D2SCCD activated and without it, it also ocurs with the standard pictures that come with DVD2SVCD.

If I close the error window DVD2SVCD sits there waiting and if I close it, it complains that it is still active althought it isn't doing nothing.

The resulting log file follows:

Just an update. I reinstalled the system fresh (Microsoft Windows XP Professional) and the error still persists.

I know that I shouldn't reply to my own posts asking for the same help, and I'm not doing that, what I whould like to know is if anyone has any suggestion on a way for me to try to find out what is going on wrong with my installation.

Thank you very much,

magnanimous

G'day there, I seem to be having the same problem, I can encode normaly without Title/ChangeCD/LastCD picture but with it installed, comes up with similar error, I've been pulling my hair out for a week over this one. Funny thing is, it has worked with this configuration.
