ac3/pcm 448 kbps 6.1 to 128kbps?

How do i low the bitrate of a ac3 6.1 file or convert it to mp3 maintainig the 6.1 channels!

Hi,

First of all, I'd ask that you read the FAQs and use the search. There is no such thing as 6.1 AC3, if you mean 5.1 AC3, there is no way to convert this to MP3 retaining 6 discrete channels (at least with current MP3 implementations). Your options are basically retain the AC3 stream, use a Dolby Pro Logic (II) downmix, or use a format that supports discrete 5.1 such as AAC.
