I'm trying to convert some VOBs which include a DTS to Divx and include the DTS. I've been using GKnot for a long time now and I also use VirtualDub for my normal captures as well.
In this case, the DVD has the DTS track and I'd like to include it. I used GKnot to encode the video for me and told it to leave out the audio. I then used AVI-Mux 1.6 to mux the DTS file into the AVI file without any problems initially.
My problem comes about 25% of the way into the movie. When I start it up it looks and sounds fantastic...very pleased. However about 30 min into the movie it gets an error and says "the file is either corrupt or does not support the format you are trying to play." Since it starts just fine...this confuses me.
The original AVI file that GKnot encoded w/o the audio plays all the way through just fine. Something about muxing in the DTS file is screwing it up. I'm using the current version of AC3Filter and Divx 5.1.1.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
