Hi,
What is the smartest way to convert a large MPEG file (Nero ShowTimes)into VOB and Video_TS.IFO files so I can compress the file with DVDShrink and burn it on one disc. I have tried with Cucusoft "MPEG to DVD Burner" without success, afterf 12 hours!
PS I love Shrinking DS:)

Tmpg DvdAuthor by Pegasys. Has a 30 day free trial.
Edit: Why don't you transcode the file and make it smaller using ReJig by Nic loacted here. (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=66777)

Smartest would be to use Nerovision Express, if that came with Nero. It will insist on putting an ugly menu in front (Palmtrees, I ask you...), but that can be easily removed with DVDShrink.

With NVE hit 'More' and untick 'Create Menu on disc'. You can also click on 'Video Options' to fine tune the bitrate or choose LPCM audio.

Thanks MysticE. I compressed the file I recorded from TV with ReJig and then burned it with NeroVision Express. A great success:)
