Episode disc and subtitles

I was told that in order to get new subtitles for my episode disc (Babylon 5), I would have to rebuild the DVD's structure with Scenarist. I've added subtitles to movies that were on DVD earlier, but episode discs apparently contain Multi-PGC's.

So, how to add subtitles to a episode disc? How to do it with Scenarist?
