Is it possible to have several PGC's in a title that can mimic scenes? I'd like to have the ability to use the next or previous buttons (remote or player) to move through the PGC's. I've looked into cell operations based on compares, but I'm not sure the specifics when dealing with the next and previous buttons.

Use the Next PGC / Prev PGC tools from the Scenario Editor toolbar to link the PGCs within a title in order to make Prev/Next buttons work. Better yet, have a look in the manual at the chapter PGC Link Commands for more information.

You have two possibilities here:

1. Like posted before you can create a Multi PGC Title. You can define with the next/previous PGC function the playback order of the PGCs. But the authoring software can't create a timemap for Multi PGC Titles. That means that Standalone Players won't display any timecode and although Software Player will actually display "some" timecode you won't be able to use the time bar to quickly jump to certain parts of the video.

2. You can use any track you've created in Track Editor as an individual program/cell for one PGC (only if the tracks you use are exactly the same in their specs, but that would be the same for the first method). Just drop the track onto the PGC icon of the current title and not onto the title folder icon. This will create another program, i.e. a new chapter. :)
Whether the link between the different cells is seamless or non-seamless depends on the arrangement of the tracks in the Track Editor.
