I use OggMachine to get Ogg audio for all my movies. I never bothered about the "Change framerate" option before, but now I have a video file encoded in 29.970 fps instead of 23.970 and I was wondering if you have to add a commandline in Ogg to change the framerate so that audio & video will be properly synced. Or is the "Change framerate" option necessary only for PAL 25fps sources? OggMachine, and the Doom9 guide on it, talk about 25 & 23.970 conversion but leave out any mention of what to do with a 29.970 fps video.
