Scenarist errors with Chappelle Show

I am trying to make a full copy of Chappelle Show, Season 1: Disc 1 (R1)

I am using the method: dif4u -> scenaid -> batchccews -> scenarist

dif4u 1.4.0
scenaid (tried both 0.9.0.24 and 0.9.0.25)
batchccews 0.9.1.5
scenarist 3.0

The problem is after each episode PGC there is two 00:00:00.12 length PGCs that follow, then another episode and two more 00:00:00.12 length PGCs and so on...

What I find very strange is that dif4u sees the dummy PGC that follows the episode PGCs as the length of time the episode PGC is, but sees the episode PGC as 0 minutes.

Every step goes perfectly until I try to compile in Scenarist. Immediately after pressing start to compile I get these errors.

I tried selecting all PGCs during dif4u and only selecting episode PGCs and letting scenaid create dummy PGCs, but I get the same erros. I have no idea why I am getting these errors and I also have no idea how to fix this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

in the interim.. if you just goto the scenario editor and right click an open space.. hit align.. then clear all the single cells you see that appear as place holders.. then hit compile .. i did it and it worked fine

I tried to do exactly what you said, but something seems to have gone wrong. I removed all the little black director things that said "PRG" on them, they had no cells attached to them. Then i compiled, but it only took like 30 seconds. The result was a 17mb VTS_01_1.VOB. I viewed it in windvd and it was the video that plays during the menu. This is very strange, and i have no idea how this could of happened.
