Add 'Extras' from One DVD to Another?

Here's what I'm wanting to do.

The "Last House on the Left" DVD, is a flipper with Widescreen on one side and Fullscreen on the other. Different 'extras' on each side.

I want to backup the WS side 'untouched' and add the 'extras' I want from the FS side.

Here's what I've done so far...

1) Ripped both sides to harddrive.
2) DvdReMake 2.0 Pro on the FS side, removing everything, except the extras I want to keep and the menu.
3) DVD Shrink 3.1.7.6 to remove the stray audio.

Everything I have so far will fit DVD5, but I'm not sure how to proceed. What do I do from here? I'd like to merge the 'extra' and add a button to the WS menu to play it.

Sorry I don't specifically know how to help you, but you might want to check out the dvdremake guide on joining 2 DVD's (same movie). Might head you in the right direction.
