I played the file decoded by XviD-1.0/1.01' DSF and something was wrong;when I played it decoded by either ffdshow or Nic' DSF,
it went fine.

Here is the settings:
Adjustments with VDM: Ultra high + h263 + vhq1 + trellis + bframe 1/1/0 + degration=10,improvement=10,over flow control=7 + 2 pass

Oh!Sorry to post that.
I find the problem.
I use Gabest's avisplitter.ax and something is wrong.
Everything went fine with system's avisplitter.
