cant fix the tv preview...

please i realy need help here ,
3 month ago i replace my ati radeon 7200 with my just new radeon 9800pro.

everythign work great except the t.v preview, everytime im tring to watch movie on the t.v the preview is not sharp and there is moving dots.
this kind of problem i didnt have with the old card , im using the same connector i used before and just for the exprience i also tried with the one i got from the new video card but it didnt worked.


please anyone , help me , i dont know what to do .

I change my tv few times ago, and the tv output was really dirty compare to my old tv (waves on the screen)
I just had to unplug the antenna while using tvout and the waves disappeared.

today i switch back my old radeon 7200 and the picture was great , turn back into the 9800 pro and dots again .
is my new card has a bug ?
