Possible bug - Only vts-03 displaying as title set

Hi guys,

Not sure if this is a bug as my back of Lord of the rings - Return of the king is still encoding. :)

When I select the source file only vts-03 shows up in video title sets

Is this normall that only the main movie shows? Will it still retain the DVD main menu & extras?

Dont really wanna wait untill its finished to find out :)

VTS_3 is the only titleset which will be encoded using DVD-RB, this is normal.
Anything else on the disk is below the preset size threshhold and therfore will not be encoded.

You have nothing to worry about, as all the menus and extras will be copied over in their original quality to create your new DVD once the rebuild phase has finished.

Tried using this software, but with every encode i'm getting error 0004. Are the results actually noticably better that nero recode2. dvd shrink or dvd20ne?

The basic encoder I used was 2.69.01.04 (trial copy ;)). In the error thread people r being advised to upgrade to 2.69.01.09. I would purchase the basic encoder if I knew for sure the this software gave noticably better results.

First of all, stating that you are using "warez" isn't very wise. I don't care what you do, but at least keep it to yourself.

On the subject of the quality improvement, I'd say that if you ever encode movies that goes below 85-90% in Shrink etc., I'd say you would be able to see improvement with DVD-RB/CCE. Large dvds will benefit dramatically. Even the basic $50 version of CCE will let you enjoy much better quality.

Of course quality is subjective, but I think most people will agree with me.

You can try Return of the king with QuEnc en compare it with shrink.
I am sure you can see that shrink has far more artifacts (blocks)compared to DVD-RB.
