I have a bit of a serious issue.

I have done about 4 encodes without problem, with 1.41b. Now, I cannot get passed besweet.exe without it crashing on me. I have changed nothing in terms of settings, and the sources are all the same.

any ideas how I can fix this?

First thing would be to look at the besweet logs (and post them here).

P.S. this belongs to development forum.

the main problem here is that I've changed nothing. Is there any prefs file I can delete, or something I can reinstall just so it 'works' again?

I have the exact same problem happeining in the exact same place. There is a discussion in the 'DVD2SVCD Basic Topics' section, under the thread 'System Shutdown'. You could give that a look.

i solved this problem, it was a corrupt stream info file which was causing it. I recreated it and everything has been perfect since...
