I haven't used DVD2SVCD for a while and in the meantime i got a whole new pc and of course i've downloaded the newest version of DVD2SVCD.
It used to work perfectly a long time ago, but now i've got some problems:

The DVDrip feature doesn't work. It just hangs on "Analysing Video, please wait....". I've installed the ASPI drivers and i've also put the wnaspi32.dll and winaspi.dll in the DVD2SVCD folder, but the problem stays.

So i ripped the DVD with DVDdecryptor instead and i encoded a short 11 minute episode into an 160MB svcd mpeg. It all works well and looks great but at the end of the mpeg there seems to be about 7 seconds missing. I noticed the mpeg was 154MB while i targeted for 160MB. I've tried to play it with Media Player Classic and my standalone DVD player and both are missing those last few seconds.

The settings i've used in DVD2SVCD:
- CCE 2.50
- IVTC (slow as hell)
- 192kbps 48khz mp2 sound
- Bitrate tab set to: Between 0 and 20 mins. Use 1 CD size 160

Do you think this will be solved as soon as i get the internal DVDripper working?

I don't know.
What I would try is playing the clip in a software player for a few seconds before converting with DVD2SVCD. This sometimes cures the "Analysing video" problem.

I got the DVDripper working by playing the DVD first, but it doesn't solve the problem :( .

I noticed that Pulldown_Encoded_Video_NTSC.mpv and Encoded_Video_CCE_NTSC.mpv are correct length of 11:16 but the final muxed bbMPEG_Muxed_File00.mpg 11:08. So i guess i have to mux it with another program...
