Well,
(since i've seen some discussion about later versions and crash on AMD prosessors - heres the specs)
HW1: AMD 1.9GHz,756Mb Memory, XPsp2 prerealease 2
HW2: Intel 3Ghz, 2Gb Memory, XPsp1
Both: Quenc0.51
Both PCs:v 0.49 - and up to 0.50 have been working nice - never a problem unless multiangle (of course)(but i'm not shure since I did't keep the different versions - and can not retry unless someone points me to a place where I can download them...)
Then at some point 0.51 versions I think (could be 0.52): I started getting errors in rebuild step: "Error in IFOupdate - should not happen - contact developer" - even sometimes 0003 errors (not shure when) - but mostly the "error in ifoupdat..". In fact I've not been able to make a backup with version .52 trying several DVD's on both PC's!!!
To see if it have something to do with the new features i've tried 0.52 in HW1 - not removing any subtitles (startet with a clean ini-file) - no success. Then not stealing space from extras - same DVD - no success. But finding a zip file with version 0.49 - clean config - removing extra languages - worked!!! Even tried a second DVD with v 0.49 - worked...
On the AMD - crash issue - I've notised some random crashes(pc - reset) when using later versions - on my AMD PC.... - but then im also running XPsp2prerelease
One other issue - on one DVD - "disneys Belle_magical_world" - the encoding stage stops with an error (in several versions) - "could not open codex - contact NIC - anyone?
