Layer Break problems in Scenarist

I heard that there are some problems with layer breaks on enhanced mode (data+video) DVD-9 in Scenarist, especially if you are setting break to data part of disk. Are the any well known (but not to me :) ) rules for setting break point beside the problem with small glitch in video playback on layer break? I have about 1GB of video and the rest of disk is data part.

Just for info, I'm using latest version of Scenarist 3.0.1 ...

In the data portion, layer break can be set only between the files, not in the middle as with video. It's done in the Dual Layer Editor on the Layout Editor page (at least in ver. 2.7).
