DVD Shrink preview.

I have been using DVD Shrink 3.1 for sometime. No problems until recently. The preview window is suddenly not functional. All buttons in the preview section - start, stop, slider - are gray. Can't preview from any source. I have reloaded, but still no preview. Any ideas?

Have you tried changing the video-renderer?
"Edit >> Preferences >> Preview"

how about size of vob file? have zero size?
