After having trouble with CCE crashing, I decided to track back through the different versions, using different versions of CCE also. Any version of CCE (2.50, 2.66, 2.67) crashes on the latest builds.
With EXACTLY the same setup, version 0.49 works fine.

When it crashes, it does it just after the encoding process starts, on the first cell, just says the normal XP crash 'do you want to debug' thing.

Anyone any ideas? I promise I have exactly the same options selected.

You could compare the .ecl files for the first cell, just to rule out CCE. If it's doing the same job, but only crashing with v0.50+ it would strongly suggest something is up with DVD-RB's monitoring of CCE. Although, I there is nothing in the v0.50 changelog indicating a change in this area.

Thinking about it, it may just be 0.51 and 0.52. Still can't understand it though.

Ver .50b was the last one that would run on my Win98SE system.
The later versions crash on startup.
