Is there any way for me to playback xVid-encoded files with b-frames on my handheld? I've tried a few things, but they all look fine with just I and P-frames, then when I try to encode with B-frames it looks like crap. Thanks for any help.

Have you tried with BetaPlayer ?
It works perfect with XviD and b-frames and you can find it on http://beta.topcat.hu/
Support forum on http://www.corecodec.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=PNphpBB2&file=viewforum&f=24

Yea, I have. Maybe it's not b-frames that's messing it up then. So far, however, that's the only corilation I can find.
EDIT: Nevermind. It looks like it was global motion compensation and quarter pixel that was messing it up.
