DVDShrink and Criterion Collection disc

i tried to open Traffic Criterion Collection(iso) with DVDShrink and an error pops up about Failed to open file "X:\xxxx\xx\VIDEO_TS_1.VOB"
i'm just wondering what the problem is.
the original dvd plays fine in my stand-alone but would this affect my backup in any way?
And does anyone have this problem with any other Criterion Collection disc?

Edit: i tried with DVShrink 2.3 and the error message was UDF read failed-don't know start sector!

no, DVDShrink error message has a 1 there(VIDEO_TS_1.VOB). the only thing i can see were a problem would be is in the Title Play Maps, they are not in order. would this be the problem?or is this ok?

Title 1: VTS_03_*, TTN_1 (Angles: 1) (Chapters: 68) (Start Sector 102)
Title 2: VTS_01_*, TTN_1 (Angles: 1) (Chapters: 2) (Start Sector 16)
Title 3: VTS_02_*, TTN_1 (Angles: 1) (Chapters: 2) (Start Sector 59)
Title 4: VTS_04_*, TTN_1 (Angles: 1) (Chapters: 2) (Start Sector 3671639)

i don't have problem with the title using dvdshrink,
1.copy to harddisk
2.using dvdshrink + daemon-tools, with option open-disc or open-files.

is region - 1?
