Can i turn off steal space from extras while dynamically Assign bitrate is selected?

If I pick dynamically assign bitrate is selected how can i turn off the steal space from extra's option. B/C it stays on unless i disable this function.

You have to 'uncheck' whatever level you have checked to turn it off.

it might be a good idea to add a "Disable" option to the checklist there to turn it off because it isn't very intuitive.

even when i disable Dynamically assign bit rates it was enabled.
