I'm the only user on my pc and have all computer administrator privileges but one. Im not allowed to access folder options. (Tools->folder options) I just now noticed this and am not sure when it happened, I used to have access.

When I click tools there is no folder options. If I do a help and support search and click on that link to folder options I get a denied screen.

If I'm the computer administrator, only user, how can I be denied access to folder options when in the past I had access?

I created a new user with admin rights but still no folder options. I started in safe mode and logged in as computer admin and still nothing. I did a full virus scan with updated AVG and nothing.
