simple way create dvd(from divx/xvid)+subtitles(from srt/sub)?

Is there a simple way to create a dvd from divx/xvid with subtitles sub/srt (from the internet)? I use NeroVision Express2 but I couldn't find subtitles option there...

Since you are asking for assistance with downloaded material, I will be surprised if you receive a answer.

I'll rephrase my question:
the situation is this: I had a (legal) dvd, with endlish subtitles only, so I ripped it to divx and downloaded a fully legal subtitles from the internet (someone has acctually translated it by himself) then my dvd was broken, so now I want to use that divx, and the downloaded subtitle in order to make a new dvd with the native language subtitle.
so the downloaded material is perfectly legal!
there is nothing illegal in that :)
