vfapiframeserver.exe error in new tmpgenc?

i'v just recently started using the new tmpgenc xpress encoder and now i'v come up against a problem when i click add new file to encode comes up "vfapiframeserver.exe needs to close" please save all work i can't get by this bit

anyone else came across this?

As the author of DGMPEGDec, I can tell you that TMPGE 3 is doing some very bizarre things with VFAPI calls! I had to add workarounds to avoid crashing on their silly calls. You should complain loud and hard to Pegasys, because it is f'ed up.

Thanks for the reply it is a royal pain in the backside i can import already authored dvd files but the minute i put an avi of any kind in it comes up the program crash box send do not send vfapiserver.exe needs to close once i close it i cannot proceed normally before i did my reinstall it worked great but now this?
