Start frame end credits

To find the exact frame start u say in the tut to use preview in Gordian Knot. We must install Gordian Knot or it s still present in AutoGK ?

If we must install GK what must I not choose in the installation that AutoGK have still installed ?

Hi Leody

There are two programs that could possibly conflict, as they are installed in the same dir for both Gordian Knot and AutoGK - Avisynth and VobSub. For Avisynth just use a different dir e.g. Program Files\GordianKnot\Avisynth instead of Progran Files\Avisynth 2.5.

Vobsub you should only install one time either with Gordian Knot or AutoGK.

I ve just installed GK to get the d2v file obtained after preview in AutoGK, but GK says the d2v file is wrong, like DVD2AVI too. It s not a problem because i found an easyer way to find the start frame of end credits : lanching vdub which is in the autoGK dir and opening the avs file obtained , vdub gives the frame number.

On the other hand, i had a problem during autoGK processus, it said the avs file isn t valid. I m using last update 1,35 , i will copy the text in my d2v file which is not valid too according to GK and dvd2avi in a post so that u can see the probl, when i come back home.

i don t understand why it says "Cannot open file "F:\MPEG4\STARGATE\gk_tmp\interlace.log". the file is not found" because the film is pal, not interlaced.
