Mini DVD~R/RW question

There are a few digital video camera's using these 80mm diameter disc's!

I've noticed that Sony's blank media is identified as being 1.4GB. But given that 120mm DVD media is identified as being 4.7GB but only offers approx 4.36GB (4,465MB), can anybody confirm how many MB of storage space these disc's actually offer?

a 80mm DVD (1.4GB) can hold up to 1.36GB,
don't know how much MB it is (should be arround something like 1335MB).
btw a 120mm disc should hold up to 4.37GB
