MPEG2DEC3 Avisynth Plugin (without lost-frame-bug) DVD-RB is not compatible with MPEG2Dec 1.02 and greater and DGDecoder. If you experience problems with your .avs files, be sure and check your version. When in doubt, use the version linked here.

I would like to use dgdecode, are there any plans for support in the future? Maybe there could be an option to use the old or new d2v formats for compatibility with whatever version you wanted to use.

Just curious, but what's the advantage to using this decoder? Is the Rebuilder suggested/compatible decoder the best available or are there better options?

No real advantage, as far as RB is concerned (might be a little faster?). DGIndex (the new DVD2AVIdg) has some new features and supports some new input types (like transport streams). It's output is NOT compatible with the old MPEG2DEC3dg (and DVD-RB's output is not compatible with DGDecode). It's a pain to have to switch decoders for different applications.

... DVB captures encoded with cce in an one-click enviroment - that's a real advantage, if you ask me ;)
