Ok, I'm working on capturing some TV shows with my Creative Labs Video Blaster off of a NTSC cable connection. Most of the time it runs fine (though encoding from mpeg2 to divx is a bitch... anyone with an easy/good way to do that speak up) but every once in a while the video hits what looks like a little static or loss of signal, and from that point on the video and audio (on the non-mpeg versions) is out of sync. The MPEG looks fine from that point, its just the avi divx or xvid (I've played around with both) that go out of sync. Anyone know how I can cut those couple frames out and keep audio/video sync?
Thanks in advance.
