Hello
Sometimes, while backing up a DVD, I get the following error dialog:
"DVD Shrink Encountered an error and cannot continue.
Failed to read file <Drive letter:/>
Incorrect function."
Generally this happens around the same place on the DVD that I am trying to backup.
These DVDs work fine on DVD players. Is there a setting I need to change or upgrade a driver?
