Joining a two disc DVD into one DVDR

I have an movie (Seven - Brad Pitt) and it's about 2 hours long in total but is two discs of DVD5 format. Is there a guide somewhere on this site which shows how to join these two discs into one and keep all the menus and extras intact? Please direct me if there is thanks.

this isn't a perfect solution but take 2 disks and reauthor with dvdshrink then take that output and import into nero vision express
and create titles in there and reencode probably it will not fit on a single disk again but reauthor in full disk mode in dvdshrink and hopefully you would have both disks on 1 dvd and with a menu.
might actually be able to bring in the first disk into nero and then add a second film but i havent tried that.

nero isnt excellent but it is getting better. the 6.3 release speeds up transcoding by a lot and is a bit more flexable.
Its a lot more user friendly than maestro and not so dumb as mydvd (although mydvd can animate the menu screen background)
