Tuning in Virtualdub

i want insert frequency manually, not to tune or insert channels. is there any way i can insert frequencys to some configuration file or something?

I cant use virtualdub tuning,because my ssa7130 not capture in vd,
now I use iuvcr to tuning,it's channel list can be fond in win98(2000,..) register,
I run regedit.exe and search "channel",
after fond,I rewrite channel's frequence and set mode="2"(set frequence mode,1 is set to channel mode).
Maybe it's no use for vd.
