What's up with Huffyuv development

The former "official" site (http://www.math.berkeley.edu/~benrg/huffyuv.html) is down although it redirects to avisynth now. The last release I can fetch on the net is 2.2.0, but the Gordian Know codec pack 1.6 has a patched version 0.2.2.1.

What is the future of huffyuv and who is working on it right now? Is there a new official website planned?

There were some issue with 2.2.0, therefore they continued with 2.1.1. The last release is the following:
