My 2nd Antec PS is acting up....

About 7 months ago, i had a 480w Antec TrueBlue PS replaced due to voltage problems inside it.

The pc it is in never gets shut off! I have had the PS on constantly for about 6 months straight, of course i'd restart about once a week but PS is still in use. I turned PC off for 24 hrs and turned it back on just recently, it started rebooting my pc constantly making a weird noise from the PS. After about 30 tries, it has stopped making a weird noise and rebooting but am afraid it is prematurely failing.

Is it safe to run these for that long straight and if not what is durable enough that can?

Antec told me that if there is any heat coming out of the PS, that means it is overworking itself. Well, hehe, ever since i had the original PS and the replacement, it constantly blows out hot air.

They told me that the 480 was more than enough power but i dont know really.

2 sets of 2 port USB connected directly to MoBo(in pci slot but connect thru data cable to mobo)

This is very strange, Antec PSU's are normally quite decent quality, and it is not like your PSU had to do the job of expelling the hot air from your case alone (I mean six! case fans ought to be able to handle that job). So probably it is just bad luck.

There ought to be nothing wrong at all with having your PC turned on 24/7.

The thing about heat coming out of the PSU sounds strange - of course it is blowing out hot air. The effeciency of a normal PSU is about 50 - 60%, and therefore it generates quite a bit of heat on its own.

And yes - 480 Watt ought to be enough for your configuration.

Just to make sure - have you placed your case fans so that three of the fans pull air out of the case and the other three blow fresh air into the case?

this is where they are right now-

One in the bottom front- sucks in air
2 on the side, underneath the side window- sucks in air
1 on the top, blows out air
2 in the back, blows out air

Sounds like a very good setup. Doesn't sound like there's much more you can do to keep the temperature in your case low. Also this short thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=73328&highlight=PSU) indicates that there shouldn't be anything wrong with Antec PSU's. Like I said before it sounds like you just had bad luck with your PSU.
