I use Cinema craft to encode a progressive DVD but after I author it with SpruceUp the vob files now show up in DVD2AVI as progressive/interlaced (changing very rapidly). I used the guide at doom's http://www.doom9.org/mpg/cce-roba.htm except I did notice that I had the time code set for 01:00:00:00 instead of 00:00:00:00. Are the settings in Cinema Craft wrong for a progressive DVD or is SpruceUp the problem or I shouldn't be concerned with that?

You are seeing the normal effects of pulldown on a video source. See the following for a good explanation of pulldown -

Sounds to me like you have done everything alright and shouldn't be concerned.

I tried it in my DVD player and it works fine so you must be right.

Thanks,
