Correct luminance setting for encoding

Hi, I'm using Vegas Video 4 to edit my home movies and then rendering as NTSC DV avi, then I'm using CCE 2.62 to encode the avi to MPEG 2, anyone know the correct luminance setting to use in CCE, 16-235 or 0-255? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I remember correctly, the luminance range settings apply to RGB feed only. If you encode DV AVI files, you should feed YUV data into CCE, so there should be no difference.

(Correct me if I'm wrong.)
