Help with audio files

This may seem like a dumb question, but please excuse me cause I'm somewhat of a newbie at this. (yes, jdobbs....your program was designed for people like me and yes, it is FANTASTIC....thanks!)

Anyway, my question is regarding the selection of audio files in DVD_RB. Why is that it sometimes shows two different 2channels audio streams (of the same language) and how do I know which one to keep? Here is a picture of what I'm talking about:

In that case you probably have 2 commentaries or other non-foriegn language tracks extra tracks. (although, one could be plain english in 2.0 for people who can't use the DD 5.1 track).

You can preview them with DVD Shrink 3.1. Preview the video and select the audio track to hear by right clicking on the preview window.
