Does CCE One Pass VBR override:
[Options]
CCETargetSectors=2260000

I'm getting smaller output as if CCETargetSectors=2260000 wasn't even in the ini file.

Because of the highly variable nature of OPV DVD-RB gives itself a safty margin for the video. It also errs on the side of being undersized, because oversized results are worthless, but undersized results are still usable.

One way to test if you CCETargetSectors= setting is being used is to test it out. Change it to a very different value and see if you get a different result for the Q value(s) in the prepare phase.

If I uncheck the one pass option and use my normal four pass method I do get the correct results.

If I remove targetsectors from the ini file and do four pass then I get the same results as if I were using one pass vbr with target sectors in the ini file.

Try it out, you'll see what I mean.

It must be a coincidence. Both OPV and multipass use the target values for calculating output size.
