Alternative to AutoGK?

Since it seems the developer has changed AutoGK so it will no longer work with output from DVDShrink and he closes all threads that seek to discuss some issue he seems to have with the way people were using his program (I do not know what is going on and do not care, I just want that functionality back) I guess I need to find some alternate program to use when I want to do the things DVDShrink in conjunction with AutoGK allowed me to do.

My main use at first was with episodic DVDs like the Sopranos and KungFu. Sometimes episodics are very hard to convert to avi due to the high number of episodes in them and the desire to single out each one and ensure that they are in proper chronological order. Using DVD shrink in a non-compression mode allowed this very easily with previewing each episode and ripping it to a folder of its own. But after AutoGK had some problems selecting the correct language I started using DVDShrink on all DVDs just to pre-ensure everything would be the way I wanted it.

I have been processing the videos this way for several months now and was quite happy with the result as I have hundreds of movies and TV shows stored and use my modded Xbox to enjoy them.

But now I need to find a program similar to AutoGK that will do what it did so well. Or if someone knows a way to make adjustments in DVDShrink or AutoGK so that they will still work together please let me know.

an alternative can be found below, it don't put any limitations on the user as it can do everything that can be done with the underlying tools manually, for instance screwing the encode by using wrong setting ;) although there will warnings if possible

hum, if newest version of autogk doesn't work with DVDShrink why don't u use the old version of autogk ?

if u want use other software why do u post a such topic (IMHO a google research could be more fast) ?

i think u should keep in mind developper of software waste a lot of their free time to develop freeware that can help other.
such provocative thread are useless and decrease the motivation to develop softwares.
